At Aacoris ("we," "our," or "us"), we prioritize the privacy and dignity of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application and website. Because our app is designed for medical and therapeutic communication, we have adopted a "Privacy by Design" approach.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

Unlike many modern applications, Aacoris does not collect the content of your communications.

• We do not record or upload your voice output.
• We do not access your custom photos unless you select them for a button.
• We do not track, store, or upload your location. The app reads your location on your device only at the moment you choose to send an emergency alert, so that it can be included in the message you send.

3. Information We Collect

Information you provide. If you contact our support team, we receive what you send us (for example, your name and email address). This is used solely to respond to your inquiries and is not shared with third-party advertisers.

App analytics. The Android app includes Google Firebase Analytics, which automatically records basic usage and diagnostic information: a randomly generated app instance identifier, your device model, operating system and app version, an approximate region derived from your IP address, and events such as first launch and session activity. We use this only to understand how many people install and open Aacoris. It never includes the content of your communications, your saved phrases, your recordings, or your photos. Website analytics. This website uses Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags that record page visits and clicks on our Google Play links.

4. Device Permissions

To function correctly, the Aacoris app may request specific permissions on your device:

• Microphone: Used only if you choose to record a custom sound for a button. These recordings stay on your device.
• Photo Library/Camera: Used only if you wish to upload a custom image for a button icon.
• Location: Used only to attach your position to an emergency alert that you choose to send. Your location is never uploaded to us or stored on our servers.
